Kensington Makeup Artist LLC, operating the Kensington Makeup Academy brand (“KMA”), is committed to making our website and educational content accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and digital educational materials and aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.
As we develop and update Kensington Makeup Academy, we are working to incorporate accessibility into the design and delivery of our website and educational materials. These efforts may include:
- maintaining readable text and adequate color contrast;
- using meaningful headings and page structure;
- providing alternative text for meaningful images;
- supporting keyboard navigation where possible;
- using clear link and button language;
- providing accessible form labels and instructions;
- improving the accessibility of downloadable materials; and
- incorporating captions, transcripts, or other accessible alternatives for educational video content where appropriate and feasible.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Websites, course platforms, third-party services, and educational materials change over time, and some content or functionality may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals.
We regularly review and improve our website and educational experience as we identify accessibility issues and as our platforms and content evolve.

Kensington Makeup Academy uses third-party platforms and services to provide portions of our website, communications, course experience, community, payments, and other functionality. While we strive to work with providers that support accessibility, some third-party features may be outside of our direct control.
If a third-party feature prevents you from accessing information or participating in a KMA service, please contact us so we can work with you to identify an alternative when reasonably possible.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Kensington Makeup Academy website, course materials, or digital content, please let us know.
We will make reasonable efforts to understand the accessibility barrier and, when possible, provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
